You shouldn't breathe in spray deodorant.

Q: Way dies this nozzle not work! please go back to the old nozzle design gold bond. i’ve returned three already.

I was about to ask the same question. We all know how to read which way to twist, but if you get any spray out of it, it’s pure accident. I gave up and buy Walmart generic, at least the caps always work. I sure hope gold bond gets the message and comes out with a new and improved cap, hence the original one. Thanks for your question.
