I just checked out the other reviews before leaving this one. Someone mentioned dust. There’s no dust with mine. The nest also doesn’t just break apart when you touch it. If it’s unbalanced, simply move the rings where they attach to the nest until it’s no longer flipping over (also adjust how far apart you clip it to the top of the cage). I have a Meyers parrot that LOVES this nest. He doesn’t nest in it, but likes to sit on the edge and hang out. He chewed up some of the nest bottom, but even though it’s thin, it’s still sturdy. He likes to make it swing back and forth and play on it. He is in perfect health and feather and has never been ill from this nest or for any other reason. He’s had his nest since the fall or late summer of 2018. I doubt it would be comfy to sit in, but I imagine in you placed a piece of polar fleece over it, it would be fine.

Unfortunately my bird didn't like nest and tore it apart within minutes after hanging. I thought it was great.

INJURY WAITING TO HAPPEN...OR WORSE! Material does not look like natural, untreated rattan. The bells are dangerous (as on all toys, but this one is worse than some) and was so lightly woven together that there's high likelihood of your bird getting its foot caught or stuck. For larger birds, still a danger because can get caught. It's a great idea, but the materials and workmanship are very UNSAFE. I bought several and literally didn't return because I didn't want them to be sold again and used by someone else and have their bird injured. I used the chain to make another toy I bought longer and used the nest parts for CRAFT PROJECTS! I would think these are suited for crafts NOT for pets. My vet said it was a dangerous piece of junk, that had injury or death written all over it!

My birds have torn it apart in 2 days! Very cute idea but it did not withstand my budgies curiosity. It would be great if it wasn't so easily destroyed. I have other bird toys made of strong but similar material and they so far have lasted. I wish this one could've.

I picked up a large since my dove seems to like the short sided boxes i put in her cage- i figured the more "nest like" the more appealing it would be. at night she retreats to her hanging nest up top of the cage where there is a bit of blanket covering. Nice and secure though even with it being a large i cant see a larger bird being comfortable in it. there was a lot of mess in the bottom of the bag it was in but nothing that seemed to make the nest any less sturdy.

I got the small one because of cage size. My 2 Budgies love it! First week they wouldn't go near it. Now it is their favorite place to play. Personally I hate the darn thing. Rattan all over from them tearing it apart playing. The center is just about gone after 2weeks of "playing"! I've had no problems with them getting caught up in it or hurting themselves. As for the mess they leave me each day, I just add it to the seed and feathers they leave behind. If it makes them happy and content, I'm happy and content knowing it's something there love. It's a good product. Well made and Was sturdy(till the fun began😅)

Very much smaller than advertised, flimsy, NOT a parrot toy! Fine for finches, canaries, maybe budgies tho. My birds ripped it up in hours, I was sad they didn't even get to enjoy it a week!

I bought my mom two young parakeets for her birthday. They are super playful and seem to really like their huge swinging nest! This seems to be their favorite thing in their cage.

Es gibt doch immer wieder leute, die sind nur hier um zu meckern oder wollen die etwas umsonst haben (als Reklamation?) Alle meine Wellis finden die Korbschaukel klasse, auch die Ferienwellis, keiner bleibt hängen, es wird auch nichts geschreddert. The small one would be too small for an Indian Ringneck which is the parrot I have. I should've ordered the large one. Overall cute little swing for birds. Appears well built and durable. Little toys on each side for birds to keep themselves entertained. I would buy again. Great price too :)
