Q: Can it use 9/16” T50 Staples

Yes, this staple-nail gun fires T50 staples from 1/4"-9/16".

Q: Will this use T59 insulated cable staples

No. It uses our T25 low-voltage cable staples but not the insulated T59 cable staples.

Q: What are the outer dimensions?

The dimensions are: 7.25” long x 6.5” high x 2” wide.

Q: What kind of battery to replace when it's out of warranty?

It is not designed to be replaced but It has a single 18650 3.7V lithium ion cell in it. On mine, the wires are soldered to battery tabs on the cell. If you are comfortable taking things apart and soldering you can buy much better 18650 cells than this stapler comes with with battery tabs already tack welded onto the terminals (don't solder directly to Lithium battery terminals, lithium fires are very bad) and it's a relatively easy repair. If you have to pay someone to do it, it would almost certainly be less expensive to buy a new stapler. When you take the stapler apart, ideally have no staples in it and expect that the motor will come loose releasing the spring on the hammer to try and drive the next staple. If you decide to take things apart further, know that there are 3 springs in it, all of which want to push things out of position and one of which is very tiny one that can easily jump out.
