The best yogurt cultures
I have been making a gallon at a time for years, just using store bought yogurt & a gallon of milk. Once going to the grocery for milk became an issue during the pandemic, I found 2 sources of powdered milk that tasted great, and tried another starter, yuck, then found this one. Haven’t looked back. Switched to a small maker a few months back, so now making a quart about 5 mornings a week. I store this starter in the freezer, the previous purchase was in Oct of 2021, was the 40 gal size. It was marked to expire in September 2023, which was when I used it up. Wonderful yogurt right to the last batch made.

Best Tasting Yogurt You Will Ever Find
Have you ever heard of Bacillus Greekus? Probably not because it’s Bacillus Bulgaricus. Have you ever tried real homemade yogurt? This is by far the best and most natural yogurt you will ever taste. Forget about Greek yogurts - they are full of sugar, and they don’t taste as good as this one. And believe it or not every yogurt (including Greek) has an active culture of Bacillus Bulgaricus inside because that’s what makes the yogurt. Excellent taste, and easy to follow instructions. Also the seller is very responsive, and answered all my questions. Will definitely buy again!

amazon should take this product down this is a scam
Do not buy, this is a scam! You can buy Bulgarian yoghurt from store and use it as starter will be way cheaper! You can see in the picture it is an extremely small package which it claimed to make 40gal of yoghurt. I have been making home made yoghurt for the past year. This is a scam. The whole package can make 5 gal of yoghurt most. If all the starter count what you make from previous batch then I would never need to buy any starter. This is horrible! It will end up cheaper just get store bought Bulgarian yoghurt. 35 dollar for 25gram of starter, no instruction on the package, scam!!!!!
