Q: It will hold spuoted portafilter?

It holds the portafilter that came with my espresso machine which has spouts! It doesn't lay 100% flat, but it is more than enough to use to tamp in my experience.

Q: About how many pucks will it hold before you need to empty?

I make a few a day for me and my family I empty it out weekly, I could see it holding as many as 30 pucks, but I wouldn't wait that lomg

Q: will this fit on breville barista pro with 54mm?

No. I have the 54” portafilter (came with Breville Touch) and the space between the basket and its handle is too narrow for this box. Too bad because it looks amazing!
