We were having problems with my mother-in-law exceeding the absorbency of the nighttime Depend, resulting in lots of laundry. We used these pads inside the night Depends, and they work really well. Since she suffers from Alzheimer’s, she is becoming more incontinent and these provide additional absorbency. We use them in concert with extra waterproof pads on top of sheets and it has reduced the amount of laundry we do.

If you are an older man like myself, leakage (polite way of saying "my pants are stained") is a problem that NONE of the sellers of Adult disposable Underwear have solved; having tried every single brand from Depends to Amazon basics they all show stains.That's what makes these self adhering pads absolutely fantastic! With this second layer, nothing ever slips through.So until somebody comes up with a better underwear, I advise buying these as back-up protection pun not intended.

You can’t beat them for the price. They’re shaped more like a feminine pad, but they completely flow through to your undergarment/diaper. The size is decent and won’t bust over leak guards when fully saturated if you wear a high quality diaper. They make the type of diapers I wear last an easy 6-8 hours without any leaks but I won’t wear a wet diaper beyond that length of time (sleep).

These are pretty effective and comfortable.But.....they are very unstable when used to capacity.They have a tendency to spooge the absorbent media out the back end at the main seam.Not every time I have used them have I experienced this but it was about 50/50.Really sloppy, slippery, and floppy when you have to pull one out, if you go that route.

I give this product 5 stars. My computer would not light up the first star for some reason.These pads are just what my husband needs now that he is bedridden. A real positive product!I have already recommended them to several of my friends whose husbands would benefit fromusing them.

I ordered these to use with my Because adult underwear I have found it to be important to make sure these sides fit Into the elastic on the on the underwear to make sure There is no leakage. They give me peace of mind. They don't feel to bulky. The adhesive strength is just enough. I used a different brand Of pad in the because underwear and it did not work as well as buying the same brand To fit better. I am always Seated or in a wheelchair.

I need to use two of these pads at night when I go to bed and they still leak by morning. Using them is better than not, but I was hoping only one pad would fix the problem. Maybe a better design?

Excellent as a liner. Not as bulky as some others but highly absorbent and not quite as pricey as similar products
