2:1:1 RATIO: L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, and L-Valine are the 3 amino acids that make up Branch Chain Amino Acids. This ratio, 2:1:1 means that there is twice the amount of Leucine than there is L-Isoleucine and L-Valine. Studies have shown that this is the ideal ratio, so we're rollin' with that.
