Fun game gets you thinking

This game is so fun to play. It does humble you if you are not a great speller. The look and quality of this retro game is unmatched. I love the look of the old with the quality of the new. The pieces are well made, everything fits perfectly when storing and it provides a fun was for us all to spend time together. I am not a huge game person but I do love playing Scrabble. I love it even if my nephew totally beats me and has bragging rights for awhile. I highly recommend this game to anyone looking to purchase a new fun and entertaining game.

This game was almost like its original I remember as a child. The only difference I could tell is that the wood square letters are lighter in weight. It’s a better quality than I was expecting Since things are made cheaper these days.

I loved this version because I had one of the original ones that belonged to my grandma. I was so excited to replace it as it reminds me of many family times together. I still play it with family and friends.

recipients age late seventies couple were delighted with this. For fun I think I'm going to pick up one for myself. I have an idea that maybe it would be fun to put a bunch of tags in a jar with random themes and you pick out a random theme and the game has to be on that theme. Physics, pop culture, music, Renaissance or more specific Renaissance art or history or philosophy or maybe grade specific general themes like fourth grade. Maybe it would be fun to make an adult version with trivia theme and beverages.......

Simple and solid, just like the original version. Has all that is needed to focus on the game and skills itt encourages, without gaudy distractions. Well made and packaged. Just what I remember board games were like many years ago.

The blank pieces are not even in thickness.

Excellent, just the same retro Scrabble game I grew up playing. Brings back great memories playing Scrabble with my Mom.
