Q: Mine got stuck in the toilet. How do I get it out without destroying the bowl please?

I can’t imagine how that could have happened, but can you still see it? I would think that if you can see any part of it, you could reach in, get a good grip on it (maybe using some pliers), and wiggle it out. You may get your hands dirty, but that’s cheaper than calling a plumber.

Q: The photos show the plunger being used in the toilet and the kitchen sink. Is the manufacturer actually suggesting anyone would do that?

Of course. You can sterilize the unit after use, if you don't want to use the same unit on both or even in the tub or shower, buy a second unit.

Any indication the seal is open, or the clog is still there and the pressure is still at the exit of the pump. Sounds messy if not for either.
