Great hydra needle
Read the description peeps! It’s exactly as it states. You put what you want in it. It’s genius that it comes with different penetration depths /lengths for different uses. Worked perfectly as described! Thank you.

It's Ok
I have other micro needling derma rollers and stamps, but I liked the small vial attached to dispense product on this one, plus having the needle adjustment depth is great. However, I could not get any liquid (I filled mine with hyaluronic acid serum w/peptides) to come out while pressing the needles in the skin. So without this feature, it just became like any other derma stamp. I do like the small size of it just for the convenience of application.

I used this as a tester to see if I like it.
It worked just like it said it would. I wanted to get a stamp first to make sure i can do microneedling and not have a reaction. I loved how moisturized my face is and I did go ahead and ordered a microneedling tool that is electric and will continue to use this for touch ups on between.

Does NOT work!
So, this thing was a great IDEA, and it is a cute little device but that’s just about ALL it is…a cute little idea!!! The setup goes like this : u get a super thin fragile glass bottle that fits inside of what I would call like a little plastic cup with a lid (for lack of a better term).the lid has a supposed leak proof rubber rim and u fill up the glass with ur serum (notice I said FILL, will explain in a sec), then u put the glass inside plastic cup, put the leak proof lid on and lock it! The lid is where ur needles are, the needles are not hypos meaning the serum doesn’t actually come out of the needles themselves, nope..the needles each sit in the middle of hole (each needle/own hole) and this hole is where the serum comes out. I don’t like this it is very wasteful of my serums since it’s not goin directly into my skin! A hole is poked in my skin and then I just have to HOPE that when my serum is released from the device it rolls just right so it’ll go into the hole just made by the needle! That’s too much hoping for me! But, besides this mine does not stay locked and the needles are adjustable but mine never stay where I set them. After a couple of pokes they go back into the device completely! Now here is my biggest issue…u pretty much have no choice but to put enough serum in this thing to fill it b/c if not there isn’t enuff pressure inside to really make anything come out when u push it into ur skin, and even then after you’ve used a bit of ur serum up what’s left is not enough to create the pressure again. This is a waste bcuz some serums become unstable once oxygen hits them so it’s not feasible to fill this thing up and expect ur serum to be of any use for the next night’s regimen (like retinol and vitamin C for example would be completely broke down and useless by the next regimen and in turn could breakdown any other serums u put in ur face soon after them) plus, I have more than one serum I use in my regimen so what am I supposed to do….fill the bottle with my collagen and then dump what’s left back into its bottle so I can fill it with my retinol? That’s way too much unnecessary work…and as I said wasteful! So, really if this is the technique that u prefer for absorption of ur skin care ur better off just buying a roller, it’s basically the same technique only with way less work to put into ur regimen and way less wasted serum!

GET NUMBING CREAM PRIOR! & know how to use this device.
After reading some of the reviews, I noticed some people had a hard time with this thing?I want to first mention if you have a low pain tolerance, I highly suggest getting some numbing cream prior to using this thing. This is a micro-needling stamp, which means it’s going to penetrate your skin with a bunch of little needles. You must put your own liquid in, it does not come pre-filled, which I like, because I can choose whatever I want to put into the device. The only time it “leaks” is when it’s supposed to when the plunger is pushed internally by your skin.I do like that the needle length is adjustable so you can go as deep or shallow as you wish. Honestly, this is a great device. Please know how to use it before attempting.

Didn’t distribute serum
Cool idea, but this did not distribute the serum. I had to dump it out and spread with my hand.

The liquid barely comes through
Did not dispense the liquid

clogs with serum but stamps well
adjustable height one is a step up but still clogs and only delivers serum out with every other (maybe if lucky) face stamp. You end up just stamping then using the serum left in the vial to spread over your skin by hand
