Always hoping for a vegan Omega-3 supplement that has no smell or taste. This one's it! Perfect. Also easy dosage.

I keep them in the fridge because I've had other vegan omega-3 oil capsules go rancid and fishy on me before and I wasn't taking any chances. These have a nice berry-like taste on the outside of the capsule. No fishy burps, which is great. The capsule is easy to swallow without drinking anything, unlike other clear vegan capsules that stick to your mouth or throat. Until I tried these, I thought all omega-3 supplements tasted like a punishment. The dosing is right on target to meet daily requirements, I just need to get better about remembering to take them.

I’ve purchased this product multiple times because I wanted a vegan source of Omega-3s. I like that it comes from algae, which is the original source of Omega-3s that fish get. However, in my most recent order, several capsules had burst inside the jar. This gave the jar a very strong unpleasant smell, and I had to throw out the damaged capsules and wash off the others before using them. I’m not sure what caused this issue, but it was disappointing compared to my past experiences. Because of that, I’ll be trying a different product next time I reorder.
