This is way too large for a 100 ib tank and one appliance. Just get a small first stage regulator rated for at least 11 IWC. Inches of water column.

Q: I have two 250 gal propane tanks for forced air furnace, hot water heater and range so I need the right duel regulator for application

If your appliances are over 20ft away I would recommend going with a first and second stage regulator set up. FISHER 1st and 2nd stage regulators are excellent for this purpose. However, this will supply them all depending on the distance from installation to appliances and pipe sizing. If it's very cold at your location my advice is to use the FISHER 1st (RED regulator) and 2nd stage (GREEN regulator) set up.

Use propane appliances to run with propane, not natural gas. This is a good regulator. I use with a gas stove in the kitchen.
