I can’t fly without them
I have EXTREME ear discomfort when flying, and I’m so glad these exist. I always carry an extra pair and have given them to people on flights if they look like they are having pain. Helps your ears slowly pop so you almost don’t even feel the pressure.

works!!
i have flown many times but on a recent flight when landing.. i was in SO MUCH PAIN. the pain continued for a few days and finally my ear unpopped itself. i was really not wanting to deal with it again as i had another flight a week later. i got these and kept them in the entire time and i didn’t have a single problem at all with my ears. it was such a relief. i only did 4 stars because they hurt the inside of your ear after a while so the cushion on it could be improved.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Completely Helped with Ear Pressure on Plane Rides!
These EarPlanes Plus ear plugs were a lifesaver for me during flights. They helped tremendously with pressure issues in my ears, making takeoff and landing much more comfortable. They are a bit on the expensive side, but totally worth it for the relief they provide. I highly recommend them if you struggle with ear pain or discomfort on planes!

An Essential for Flying
These are a GAME CHANGER. I cannot fly without my EarPlanes+. I started buying them in January of 2025 since I was flying every other week for work and I was skeptical at first but my mind was blown on first use. Even when I tell people now they don’t believe me! I always had really bad ear pain/popping on take off/landing and that is no longer an issue. They’re reusable which is convenient and I replace them every ~4-6 flights. After a flight I give them a good rinse and let them dry before putting them back in their case. I have smaller ears and the size is fine for me, I do have to really push them in there but it’s not a problem. You definitely do need to follow the instructions for inserting or else you won’t get a good seal, but do it a few times and you’ll be a pro! The app makes it super easy to know when to put in/take out. Repurchasing now since I’ll be flying international and they’re absolutely essential! HIGHLY recommend !

I can fly because of these!!
I have issues with my eustachian tubes sometimes not opening and closing properly, and flying had become excruciatingly painful. After a trip to Phoenix, where there is a sudden drop into the airport, we actually had to call the EMTs after deboarding, because I thought I had burst an eardrum. Fortunately that was not the case. I saw the advertisements for these and thought I would try it out of desperation. I could not believe how well they worked! There is a tiny little piece of ceramic in the hollow of the air plug. During pressure changes, the ceramic piece moves up and down in the tube, absorbing the pressure before it’s transferred to your eardrum. They are remarkable. When I mentioned how well they worked the first time I use them to my ENT, who had been practicing for nearly 3 decades, he told me that when he first saw them, he wrote them off as Something that could not work. But he told me that, over the years, patient after patient told him how much they loved these earplugs, so he has completely changed his mind. The box says that you can remove them when you get to cruising altitude and put them in at a certain time before you start to descend. I will say that I found that they work best if I leave them in the entire flight, being careful to put them in before the door on the plane closes, and not removing them until after we have landed.
