Jade East Cologne Spray for Men, 4 Ounce

I bought this men’s perfume and was amazed from the very first time I smelled it. It has an elegant, long-lasting, and very masculine scent — perfect for any occasion. It’s not overwhelming, but it leaves an irresistible trail that subtly draws attention.

While I wasn't born yet in the 1960s I have always had a obsession with this decade. From the music, the mindset and spirit to the clothes and style. I have always loved the smell of vintage cologns compared to modern popular scents. I knew I had to try Jade East for myself and I was not disappointed! My current favorite cologn is Avon Tai Winds which is their version of Jade East and I was excited for Jade East. I was impressed with the warm and classic scent, nostalgic to a time I never experienced but frequently dream about. I can attest that I had my parents (who grew up in the 60s) smell the cologn. Both immediately were taken back to the late 60s and early 70s. They were impressed when I revealed what cologn they were smelling. Both immediately remembered Jade East and it's popularity from their youth/teens and confirm this current production smells "correct" to what they remember. I love the scent and excited it is still in production. I will buy a few bottles of vintage Jade East to collect and compare but very happy there is still a current production to consume on a daily basis. *EDIT* I just recently purchased a NOS sealed in the box Swank Jade East from the 60s. I can verify this current production smells nearly identical and must take in account the Swank is 50+ years old. I will definitely recommend Regency's Jade East if your looking for that vintage scent.

very good cologne

I bought this on a whim. I was a baby when this was popular in the late 60s... figured maybe I could time travel via smell-a-vision. I sprayed some on and was immediately transported to any urban barber shop in the 1970s... guys standing around smokin' and jokin' and that smell... while I actually pretty much detest it and will not ever spray this bottle again, it will be a part of my den's decor... **Side note - the smell sticks with you, I mean it really sticks with you. If this is your scent, you've found the one cologne that just keeps going and going and will not stop...

I used this product in high school, it was a conversation starter, every time I wore it, I got complimented. I saw it and bought it again after many years, and while I don't get the compliments anymore, it is still a pleasant fragrance to me. There is only one other cologne that I used when I was in the military, and it was called Grand Marque', it was an awesome fragrance! Too bad it is not sold anymore, I have looked for that cologne for years, I finally gave up on it, it is not being made anymore apparently?

The Jade East amazon sells is a total rip off . This is not jade east. worst smelling stuff you can imagine. save your money it cost $41.00

I know some have said this isn't quite the same as the original (by Swank!), even though the seller says that it is. Well, it's been a long time since me and guys wore this back in the '60's, but it is exactly as I remember it. Great scent. Brings back pleasant memories and women still like it. In terms of longevity, it lasts comparable to my much more expensive scents. An EDT version would be good, but I don't want to take anything away from my review. If you're a baby boomer who remembers wearing this in your youth, you're going to love this. If you're younger, you'll know why us older guys like it. Also, for those who don't know, I think it smells a bit like Pinaud Clubman talc.

Great Christmas present for my grandfather. He’s says this has been his favorite scent for 30+ years, and this still holds true.
