The lockbox functions as it should however the additional gateway purchase is not necessary if you want to access the device beyond the Wi-Fi or Bluetooth range. It won’t work. You cannot travel a distance from the box and still access it if the lockbox itself is not connected to the original Wi-Fi.

The lock box is a fair quality product but key pad is often too or not very sensitive causing issues with its use especially for an Airbnb type property. I have had the product for around 11 months and with the key in the box there a door mechanical failure or defect in the product where despite the box successfully accepting the code or blue tooth - stating it was ‘unlock” but door would not open. The company only allows email so their are delays in troubleshooting and mostly they give you the run around saying their will ‘do anything’ However despite emailing them multiple times with attached video they are not backing up their 1 year replacement warranty on mechanical failures. It has been no reply from them now in 3 days. I ended up having to take a hammer to the box to get the key out. I have yet to hear from the company despite sending them daily reminders about their warranty on the failure in their product and inquiry on their plans to replace or reimburse me. Proceed with caution if your buy this product and make sure you save the box, and everything that comes in it. I did all of this and still not having any luck with the company honoring their warranty terms.

I bought this lockbox thinking that it will work for my friends, family, and guests to access my home. It is fairly easy to use. I connected this smart key lock box with Smart Life App, and set up everything, fingerprints, passcodes, FOBs. It will connect with my phone automatically when I approach the box, so that I can unlock it and access to my keys. Everything works great! When I'm not home and my friends come to visit, I just have to set a temporary passcode for them. My mom said I could set a permanent passcode for them so that they were able to access my keys repeatedly with the same code, and the permanent code is shorter, only 6 digits, but the offline passcodes up to 10 digits. I have not tried the Dynamic Passcode, the app says it's only valid for 5mins. It is so so so cool to use the fingerprint to unlock the box. The Ad says that, unlocking with a fingerprint only takes 0.3s. I didn't count the time before. But every time I use my fingers, it accessed quickly. I hang the lock box on my door handle with the shackle. It comes with some silicone plugs for the small hole on the back(used for wall mounted). The box is so heavy that I never worry about it being safe! The instructions are not so good... But you will get an email from Amazon, they will give you the User Guide, Setup code, and tell you how to contact the seller for support. Anyway, I don't need to hide my keys outside anymore! Love this smart key lock box.

Even though it says the lock is waterproof I suspect it’s not. After two days of use the keypad stopped working and guests could no longer enter their codes. Terrible experience for my guests UPDATE: LOQRON reached out to me within 24 hours and offered me a replacement or refund. They were very helpful and concerned about my experience. Excellent follow-up and resolution.

I used this one to rent a scooter. People would just take the key and drop it off. Worked fine until it suddenly started depleting the batteries in a matter of hours. I had to plug it in to a power supply to keep it running but then it started to "forget" to log all activities for days, so I could no longer bill per usage. It did open and closed with fingerprint or passcode but stopped showing it on the log. At the end, it stopped working completely with power supply or not.
