A really good quality and well thought out product. I’m absolutely delighted with it. Every detail, the stretchy straps, the Velcro fasteners, the texture of the pack itself, its performance when chilled and the storage bag is well designed and well made. Excellent value.

This is really good. I'm recovering from an ACL injury and have been sitting with bags of ice on my knee till I found this. It's comfortable and easy to use and unlike bags of ice, you can move about with it on, although ideally you should have your leg elevated. I'd highly recommend this. The size seems to be very versatile, I'm quite a small lady but you can adjust the size accordingly.

Bought these after total knee replacement. I had a full leg one from the hospital but used this once this had become ineffective. Worked well and is not too cold or uncomfortable with the padding. Also used it on my ankle to reduce swelling, with the long straps it stays in place. A good product. I would have given it five stars if it covered more of the leg.

It’s big, so it wraps right around the knee, and it’s soft even when frozen so it’s comfortable. The Velcro straps tend to catch on themselves when you are putting it on, but that’s a minor quibble.

I had a total Knee replacement 6weeks ago and the swelliing was so bad that I was using an ice block wrapped in a plastic bag and then in a towel🙄🙄. Doing this every day was a nightmare, it kept slipping out of place getting wet. So I came on here and found Newgo ice pack. It was delivered next day and I couldnt wait to use it. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened it, as it has a plastic side and then you turn it over and it has a soft towelling surface. I put it in the freezer for about 3hrs (couldn’t wait any longer as I was desperate to use it). Omg what a lifesaver. I used the towelling side which was really good as it didn’t shock me or give me skin burn that you get when you put ice directly on your skin. The ice pack relived the pain immediately and also the swelling around the staples went down. The cold lasted a good 30-45 mins. I then popped it in the microwave for 30secs. However, me being me, 🤪 thought “oh this isn’t hot enough” so went for an extra 15secs. I thought it was okay so I put it on my knee and it was far too hot. So the 30secs was perfect, and it lasted nearly an hour. Finally… the pack stayed put, because it has two long straps and two short straps that are held securely in place with Velcro. You can pull it as tight or as loose as you want. I am so glad I came across this item, I use it twice a day and I really believe that this is speeding up my recovery. Sorry I tore the life out of this review, but it’s an absolute game changer for me.🥳

Very good product. Used after knee replacement surgery and provided some welcome relief. XL size was right for me (6ft adult male with large swollen knee) and managed to provide cooling all round the knee. Straps were secure and allowed me to get around during application. Inner surface soft brushed - could apply direct to skin , although I used a cloth to cover wound when dressings removed. Reusable pouch useful for storage / avoiding any contamination when in freezer. Overall great product would buy again.

The good thing about this gel pack is that it wraps around the knee so it cools both the front and back instead of just the front which most others seem to do. All round cooling is great, especially if the trauma is on the back. The bad thing about the gel pack is that the non-gel side (i.e. the soft inner lining) simply doesn't get cold enough. However, I wear it the other round so the gel side is against the knee and this is much colder and works although it;s less comfy than the fleecy lining. The other weird thing about the pack is that the straps are different lengths which may be because the leg tends to be slimmer below the knee than above the knee. Lastly, it's not advertised but the pack can also be heated up in a microwave for heat therapy (not tried this yet though as I needed a cooling pack). It comes with a plastic bag to store it in the freezer which has a basic press seal. I've been using the pack several times daily for over a month and the bag seems to be a decent extra as it hasn't yet ripped from being constantly taken in and out. Overall, it's a decent ice pack for the money and seems well made with secure fastening and good pain relief providing the gel side is used. It loses 1 star for the fleecy side being just "borderline cold" with no pain relief and another star for the weird straps which really irritates my OCD when packing and strapping.

Stays nice and cold for a while and has a fleece lining so no need for a towel or similar. However, the straps are a faff and badly designed. Unnecessarily long, why it could just be two simple velcro straps makes little sense.

Perfetta per il post intervento chirurgico. Avvolge bene il ginocchio e si applica con facilità; idonea anche indossata in stazione eretta, perché non scivola. L' unica nota negativa è per Amazon: consegnata senza imballo né un sacchetto di plastica per proteggere la scatola che era schiacciata e rotta , con la ginocchiera che usciva fuori; sembrava un prodotto usato! Consegna puntuale.

Praktische und durchdachte Manschette für die Linderung von Knieschmerzen. Sehr praktisch ist für mich, dass man mit dieser Manschette auch mal herumlaufen kann. Durch die Klettverschlusstechnik kann man sie sehr gut an sich anpassen, wodurch sie nicht ständig verrutscht und weiter da kühlt, wo sie soll. Die Manschette ist oft im Einsatz und bisher wurden noch keine Beschädigungen etc. festgestellt. Die Kühlung wird recht lange gehalten, bevor man sie wieder im Kühlschrank "aufladen" muss. Wir haben ebenfalls die Manschette für den Schulterbereich von diesem Hersteller und haben auch damit sehr gute Erfahrungen.
