Didn’t need it, until I needed it, worked great
Quick story time. So I’ve had this in my truck’s first aid kit for over a year. But I haven’t needed it (or anything in the kit) until yesterday.Went to the shooting range my my father and his best friend (don’t worry, no GSW), and towards the end of the day my dads friend pressed the slide release on his Glock without paying attention to where his offhand was and caught his left index finger in a really nasty pinch. So he’s in his 70’s and on blood thinners and aspirin, so he was just dripping blood all over the floor (luckily an outdoor range). He said, “I always have this problem if I cut myself I can’t stop the bleeding, regular bandaids don’t work.” I said, hang on I think I might have something.Went out to the truck, saw I had this powder, sprinkled it over his cut and it was still dripping slowly, then stuck a band-aid on it to hold the powder, and it stopped instantly as soon as there was slight pressure. So, in short, this stuff works well, and very quickly, once I learned that I needed to also apply some pressure with a small bandage secured over it.Gave him one of the packs and a few bandages for his range bag, just in case he ever needs it again, and now I’m going to order more of them.Made in USA too!

Great stuff for humans or dogs get it keep it in your house and your car.
This stuff is great.I saw it. I think it was a Facebook ad, so I checked on Amazon, found it and bought it through Amazon.Couple months after it sat on my dresser,,, my two dogs got a little kerfuffle, and some blood was drawn. It was one of those things where they were play fighting, and it got serious— I noticed that all the blood over my room.So my roommate grabbed a squirt with water and one shot of water, separated the dogs we held the injured dog down. I poured the powder liberally over the wound and wrapped it with a piece of a pillowcase, which I taped down with packaging tape. The wound stop bleeding, almost instantly. 15 hours later., I took off my improvise bandage, and I couldn’t tell where she was actually injured,,,,, But by the amount of blood, I was sure it was a grave injury.Recommend this product higher for humans or dogs

Highly Recommend!
My washing machine hates me! (Don’t ask 😳)The curved cut in the image is just over one inch long and it soaked through two thick “pressure” bandages in minutes. I took a third bandage to my neighbor to maybe use two hands to add more pressure. She dashed to her bathroom and returned with a package of white powdery substance which she sprinkled generously on my wound and then bandaged it. The bleeding STOPPED INSTANTLY! When I later changed the bandage there was no trace of bleed-through.Of course I ordered my own supply immediately to add to my first aid box.

Must Have In First-Aid Kit!!
Hopefully I will never have to use this lifesaving item, but my old skin does not have the flexibility or resistance to injury it once had. I want to have it available in my first-aid kit as I still perform the mowing and landscaping duties on my property using all the tools and clothing protection necessary to accomplish those tasks. Sometimes Mother Nature throws a curve, and a tree branch does not fall the way it should, or a bush limb gets kicked out instead of down while trimming, or any other situation with power tools that could result in injury. I want to have the best first aid to minimize the damage and promote the lifesaving healing of any affected body area.

Great Find for People on Blood Thinners.
This is a great product....should be kept in every household, especially for those who are on blood thinners. The directions are very clear and straightforward. The size of the pouches are small enough to be able to travel with; but I would like to see them make the pouches resealable...once you open the pouch, you need to use a paperclip or something else to close it up because you do not need to use the whole pouch per single use. I feel the price point is a fair one too.

Your first aid kit wants this
This stuff works really well for a small two medium size cut. They make bigger packets if you plan on having a sword fight in a meat packing plan. But the stuff works really well to stop bleeding really immediately. You will have to bandage afterwards, but I’m supposing that you probably know that. It’s a small price to pay for the comfort they offer as well as the practical utility

Bleed Stop – The Tiny Pouch That’s Ready for War (Even If I’m Not)
Look, I haven't had to use Bleed Stop yet—and honestly, I hope it stays that way. But just knowing this little packet of powdered magic is sitting in my first aid kit like a seasoned bar bouncer, ready to stop bleeding in seconds, gives me a weird sense of comfort. Like carrying a fire extinguisher into a fireworks warehouse: you pray you won’t need it, but if things go sideways, you’ll look like a genius instead of a statistic. The packaging screams, “I fix messes,” and I believe it. The powder is supposed to clot blood like a pro-level medic with a stopwatch, which is a huge relief since my first response to blood is to panic and yell for paper towels. Bleed Stop doesn’t flinch. It doesn’t cry. It just gets the job done (allegedly—I’m still waiting on a real-life bloodbath to confirm).I keep a few packets in the glove box, one in my hiking bag, and another in the junk drawer next to expired batteries and mysterious screws. If anyone in my house ever decides to run with scissors, we’re ready for the fallout.Bottom line: I haven’t used it yet, but I feel like a survivalist overlord just owning it. If Bleed Stop works half as well as it claims, I’ll be patching up wounds like a back-alley medic in a post-apocalyptic movie. 5 stars for peace of mind, and for making me feel just a little more dangerous in a Dad kind of way.
