Great buy for under $100. Six year ownership review.
I purchased this case in early 2018, so have now owned it for six years. I used this case for six flying vacations, each of which involved the case being checked for anywhere from 2-4 flights (usually at least three), and also four cruises, which also entails checking the case with a baggage handler similar to an airline. I also used it for one weeklong road trip.Despite all the reviews calling the quality of this case flimsy, saying they don't think it would survive one flight... This case has performed remarkably well for me when considering the price point. It has survived the numerous trips outlined above (and being handled by baggage handlers) fully intact. The wheels still work great. I love the fact that it is two inline wheels, which performs better than the common four wheel spinner setup on any surface other than a hard flat floor. I attach my carry-on case to this case using a seperately bought luggage strap, and roll across all types of flooring and ground surfaces with no problems. After six years all the zippers still work. At some point one of the zipper tabs for the main zipper that opens the case broke, but not a deal breaker as I can still take the other zipper tab and just zip it all the way around. Other than that all zipper tabs are fully intact and functional, and none of the teeth are broken. I like the two pockets on the front of the case for storing things with easy access. The retractable handle still works fine. As other reviewers have stated, picking up the whole case by this handle is not recommended. The grab handles on the case are still attached and functional.Only after my most recent vacation did I notice some damage to the case. One of the corners has a slight dent in it that I cannot flatten out, and a little bit of tearing to the fabric. When considering the price paid for the case, I am very satisfied for how long it has lasted me. Not wanting to risk further damage, this case is being retired from air travel. But I will be keeping it and plan to use it for any road trips where I need to pack for more than a few days.At under $100, this case is a great value and I'd recommend it to anyone who doesn't fly frequently.

Lasted longer than expected
My wife and I bought this luggage to take on our honey moon to Bora Bora. We wanted nice but disposable luggage with the expectation that the trip to the south pacific would beat it up. Well, it made it there, and back through international flights, island hopper planes held together with duct tape, and even thrown off the boat to the dock and drug through the sand and back. Then I started traveling for work, I ran over the big suit case in my work truck (forgot to put it in the back before backing up), toted it from motel to motel along the Oregon coast. It has made several trips to the midwest and back moving the family, and trips in between. Each bag has seen not less than 100 flights, 100 road trips, and 3 kids through it's life. The small carry on finally bit the dust on a trip to Dallas last year where a not so bright valet tried to load it by the extension handle and it finally broke off after thousands of extensions and retractions. The large bag, that got run over, just made another trip to Denver, the wheel wobbles a little but its still trucking. They are showing their 8 years of age, but still making it strong. It is worth noting that at the SAME time I purchased a name brand "S******TE" for my wife that has traveled much less and is in worse shape and we are down to only one of them VS all but the small of these. I'm writing this review as I am just preparing to order my second set of Travel Select. My only complaint is that it does not have the swivel wheels that make navigating the que lines at airports a bit easier. But for the cost and the amount of trips I'm all for it. Think about it this way.... I spent less than half on this luggage and it lasted as long and longer than something I spent twice as much on. IT HOLDS MY CLOTHES, I don't need some fancy name on the thing to sit under the plane or the back of my truck, to watch it get thrown on the tarmac or fall out of a boat.

Practical and Versatile Luggage Set for Travel and Work
I've been using the Travel Select Amsterdam 2-piece set for several months, and it has proven to be a reliable companion for both travel and professional use.Large Upright Carry-On:The larger suitcase is perfectly sized for carry-on requirements, fitting effortlessly into overhead compartments. It comfortably accommodates clothing for a long weekend trip. The two front pockets are particularly handy—one serves as a convenient spot for electronics, while the other is ideal for toiletries, making TSA inspections smoother. The material feels sturdy, and the zippers operate smoothly. However, the two-wheel design means that when the front pockets are heavily loaded, the bag can become front-heavy and may tip over if not balanced properly, hence the 4 stars and not 5.Smaller Tote Bag:The smaller bag has found a new purpose as my daily tech tool bag.Its compact size is perfect for organizing and transporting my IT tools and laptop efficiently.Overall Impression:This set offers great value for its price, providing functionality and versatility. While the two-wheel design has its limitations, the overall performance and durability make it a worthwhile investment for both travelers and professionals.
