Purchased because I have a ganglion cyst in my wrist and my teacher suggested using a wedge to help change the angle of the wrist in the pose. I have also played with using cork blocks and bending my knees which is a much easier modification than using these wedges. I think my primary issue with them is they are too slippery, if you don’t grip them just so you are going to feel like you’re sliding which is not an issue I have when using the blocks. If you’re looking to use these for other poses or purposes they may very likely work for you but after trying, with much frustration, for one class, there are better modifications for this pose. I realize I could have given them more of a try but honestly it was too much work to mess with them and reposition the wedges and my hands every time I got into that pose, I gave up mid class out of frustration. It’s a shame because I really wanted these to work for me! Felt obligated to share my experience as so many reviews state how great they are but they did not help with my issue. No issues with seller, packaging, or shipping, just didn’t help with the problem I bought them for.

I have plantar fasciitis and I need to stretch my feet and calves repeatedly throughout the day. With this wedge, I can get a really good stretch in while at work without being incredibly obvious. I just put it under my work table, and I can stretch out and keep working. Since it's foam, it's lightweight, so I can just toss it into my bag and travel with it. They come in a pair, and I just use one at a time, so I keep one at work, and one at home. It's pretty lightweight, but seems durable. I hope it will last a while.

Avoid this seller and this products, this is the first time I write a bad review, usually my review are 4 or 5 , yes I l have time to find the best products, but this time I made I mistake, this product is not good, I received, and the pair is different, they are different size and height. I will not try to return the product is garbage try to do a squat with different size block, I hurt my calves

I have wrist issues - have not been diagnosed with carpal tunnel but they hurt all of the time. This is a good, quality product and worked well as a small block and for my feet to stretch my ankles. But, the main reason I purchased these was for my wrists. I wanted to use them for downward dog, etc. instead of a folded blanket or using my fists. My hands slip right off of these so they provide no wrist support. I contacted the seller and they recommended the slip resistant version, which were actually slightly more affordable. Return was super easy and I am ordering the slip resistant ones today with an Amazon credit from the return. I will write a review for those once I receive and use them.

I got my blocks today and they're not the same size, one is a little bigger than the other, the smaller one is cut weird as well so they don't line up when next to each other. So one good block one crappy one. Save your money and try a different brand.
