Q: Can i use it every day?

I use it twice a day, year round. No problems. It's the only lip balm that works for me.

Q: Why is this taking 1-2 months to ship

Not sure where you're located. I'm in the usa. It only takes a couple of days.

Q: Is Dr. Dan's cruelty-free?

Active ingredient is Hydrocortisone 1.0%. Which is an anti-inflammatory. Not sure where cruelty would even come into play.

Q: I am a male on accutane. does this leave lips glossy? i don't want the glossy look. any suggestions if it does? thank you

It's not glossy, but like a regular lip balm you can tell you're wearing something. It's super light and the best thing I've found for healing lips during accutane. I can't go without it. Try wearing at night first - it does help with the peeling and in the morning after wiping it away it feels so much better and the skin doesn't look like it's cracked or peeling.
