Q: Does this item still have high fructose corn syrup in it? I ask because I purchased a bottle while traveling this summer which did not.

The ones I got from Amazon in April 2013 has the high fructose corn syrup in it. Best by date is Oct 22 2013. Hope it helps.

No I don’t use this to make Shoyu. I use this to make soup for noodles.
