Very good but…
Had to send back because it just didn’t work quite as well as I was hoping with my setup. Most people would love this sound bar and would be perfect for what they need. I’m going with a home theatre and this wasn’t the right center.

Great product, but beware of “renewed” HEOS devices
Got two of these renewed sound bars. The HEOS update process is long and fragile, and no doubt people return their products because something went wrong, and now the unit is in a funny state. One of the two worked fine. The other one has status LED codes that didn’t correspond to the manual, and after some attempts to reset, pair, etc - now a dead unit with no status LED.This, despite the included note to not return to Amazon and that it had been quality tested. So it’s going back and this time I’m paying the extra 10% to not have to waste my time with a returned product that has not been correctly factory reset.Part of the fault here is surely Denon’s, for making such an unexpectedly slow, fragile and poorly narrated update process. There’s no reason it needs to be like this: blue/green flashing should allow for instant and robust updates. Denon can hopefully fix this in a later update.
