Great for men with prostate issues
Being a middle age man with prostate issues in need of a product to wear for travel or days not being able to change a pad this product works great. When looking for a product to use I determined the following were important.1. Comfort and wearability of the product. This includes thickness and breathability. The Active Air score high in all of these. The product fits comfortably and can be easily worn under jeans without being noticeable. The product is not very thick and does not bulge in front or create a diaper butt look. The velcro tabs secure the brief well and can be tightened and adjusted for a good fit.2. Changeability, this is important when traveling and using public restrooms. It is easy to go into a stall of a restroom and remove the brief and put on another without having to remove everything. I had used other men’s incontinence underwear which fit well, but when it came time to change the underwear would come off easily, but to put another pair on everything would have to come off to pull on the underwear.3. Absorbency and leakage. I have not experienced any leakage while wearing the product. I only wear it during the day and use other products at night. The product features high leg guards and a plastic layer inside the cloth. Absorbency is as good as the other InControl products and holds guild well. The brief will swell up with a large amount of fluid.4. Male coverage. This is important as other underwear products do not cover well in the front and I have experienced urine outside the absorbent area of the underwear. The Active Air covers well across the front and had guards allow the sides. I have not experienced leaks around the front and sides of the product.Overall for the product and purpose that I needed it had performed well and I will continue to use it. It stacks up better than many men’s underwear products on the market, slightly thicker than an underwear product, but many of the other features outweigh this, and if you use a compression short over the top it is barely noticeable. Till InControl comes out with a dedicated men’s product, this is the best product I could find.

Great diapers!
LOVE these diapers! They are thinner and cloth backed so naturally for someone with heavy incontinence they need changing more than a thicker plastic backed diaper. But they are absorbent for what they are. I"ve been very happy with these diapers. I've bought multiple cases of them. They are great for when you want quiet and thin discretion yet still need a good layer of protective absorbency. These can hold several wettings/ accidents. Being cloth backed they do eventually stretch and sag over time but they strong tapes are easily adjustable. The cloth backing also allows for more breathability which is great during the hot summer months.

The best cloth back adult diaper I've tried
This is a great cloth backed adult diaper. Its extremely comfortable, and is good for daytime use, for lite to moderate incontinence needs. I would not recomend as a bedtime option though. Its silent under clothes, and thin enough to not feel like a diaper. You can even get away with adding a booster, if needed., and still would not feel overly bulky. That in itself is great! They do need adjusting through the day. But adjustments are easy with the hook and loop tabs.Personally, I do prefer plastic backed diapers with a landing zone and adhesive tape tabs. They tend to stay in place better than cloth backed diapers. That said, Incontrol Diapers makes incredible incontinence products. This cloth backed option is better than any other brand of cloth backed diapers I've tried. If cloth backed diapers are what is needed for discretion and comfort, then you cant go wrong with this diaper.

No plastic layer to keep it in
Gave it a shot, but sadly theres no plastic layer at all to keep anything in so moisture just seeps right on out. sadly thats not what you expect in an incontinence product.i may as well have been wearing nothing.

Actually Impressed
I honestly bought these diapers going into the mindset that they’re going to be okay kinda medium quality. Nope! They’re amazing. They have great absorbency, I haven’t had a leaking problem yet, and there’s 20 per pack! I think that’s a great deal for the money. Also I’d like to add that they are hook and loop tabs. I’m normally not one for hook and loop but these by far are the best because not only did they go with hook and loop on a cloth back, but they added a nice landing strip so that it won’t tear the outside of the diaper. The tabs hold really well. I toss and turn in my sleep so normally I’ll wake up to a loosened diaper, but they stay put. All in all very happy with my purchase. I’ll be adding these to my essentials

Cloth like adult diaper
Hook and loop fasteners ok. Don't hold as well as plastic-backed with landing zone. Capacity good, hold lots and lots, sags a bit though. Overall ok, good capacity but prefer plastic backed diapers with landing zone to secure tapes.

Good
The absorb alot more then I thought the would however even though they didn't leak you can still get wet. This is caused by saturation because the diaper is a cloth backed instead of plastic. I recomend using a plastic cover in pair with it then you won't have to worry about saturation and can were it for a longer time. Another thing to note is you will have to get used to the feeling of being wet. Unlike other adult diapers it didn't pull moister away so it can feel full even though it isn't. Because of this I recomend using extra layer of skin protection when using this brand. This will help prevent rashes in the future.
