Black Tyvek Ground Sheet [Kit] 45" by 96" w/ 4 Quik Stik Grommets + Tie-Outs

Fantastic ground floor for my Mtn Laurel SuperMid pyramid tent. Just finished a month long trip, hiking for 4 days, bicycle touring for the rest, all camped & dealing with rain in the countryside of England and it was perfect & packed light & crammed into a compression sack. Softened easily with a wash & was soundless & pleasant.I prefer the black coloring to a floor less tent much more than the white. One of my best gear choices for my kit.Also, it shipped & arrived so quickly, & I appreciated it so much as I ordered close to my flight time. ( Thanks!)The grommets worked well too.

Love the weight of this. There was an awful smell when I first opened it. Unfolded and left it in the garage for a fews days and there is no longer a smell. Love the weight of this for a ground sheet.

Works great for a tarp to lay on when I have to go to the ground. I use a hammock. I like the black, but it was way more expensive than the regular "print", white type of Tyvek. Plus it's 1 mil thinner than regular Tyvek. Not really worth the extra $.I'm 6' 4" and have no problems fitting on this tarp.

The product was otherwise fine but for the fact it smelled terrible. Like a skunk got at it. Airing it isn't an option here and I don't think it would help. Had to return it.

I purchased this product bc I needed to custom make a ground cover for my tent. I own the very rare Eureka Sunriver Solo tent which is very long and narrow for a single sleeper while also having one of the largest vestibules of any tent I've ever seen of similar spec. With that I needed a ground cover that would also include the vestibule so as to not have my backpack nd boots sitting in the wet sand under the vestibule.This is possibly the best combination of light weight while being waterproof and surprisingly strong. I attempted to rip it by hand nd found it's very rip resistant. It's very slick and crunchy sounding more like paper than a fabric and is also as thin as a normal sheet of printing paper. Its easily the thinnest ground cover material on the market.Will update after I give it a wash to soften it up nd test it camping with my Eureka Sunriver Solo.

As advertised but would have liked the grommets to come preinstalled. I think its a tad small but overall its what i was looking for.It weighed in at just about 5 ounces.No picture but the tyvek has the appearance of wrinkled paper after i washed it. Its not pretty but it doesnt need to be. Its a touch slippery too.
