Price was amazing for the amount of storage
As advertised. Great alternative to PC internal hardrive for us less than tech Navy people. Plenty off space for my son's many, many games

Good for general back up
Good capacity and speed for the price. Working well so far for general back up.

Great product but actually 12.7 TB
This has been working great so far for me. It has been the best bang for the buck I could find!But one thing to note is that the capacity is actually 12.7 TB and since 1TB is 1024 bytes, it's about 14,000,000,000,000 (or 14e12) bytes.

Back up religiously
Thou shall keep double backups. Seagate’s are excellent HDD. Straightforward use for Win and Mac. Better than Western Digital. But buy 2 for peace of mind! And replace with new models every few years.

Seagate paper weights
Trash product from a trash company. I lost several TB of data when this paper weight stopped working after a few months. Their warranty team refused to help and claimed a 'broken seal', whatever that means. It's my own fault for ever trusting this product or their support. Data recovery will cost $800. Thanks Seagate!

Its Huge!
14TB capacity. Easy to hook up and install. Using it as a back up drive and maybe have only used 1/3 of the capacity. Great drive and a great price.
