Q: For those of you who have used this over three months- does it make you loose weight?

Yes, in combination with berberine and quercetin I'm finding for me there is a very slow loss of weight over a period of time. I've not changed anything in my diet or excercise routine over the past 3 months. I started taking the combo I mentioned almost three months ago now. I've also (perhaps most importantly) seen a decrease in my appetite. I believe the combo is assisting with burning deep fat, and I feel better. I've lost about 5 pounds since I began this t twice-a-day regimen (before breakfast and dinner).

Jiaogulan {gynostemma) is a vine-like tropical plant which grows in Asia and New Guinea, so the actual ingredient was not made in the USA. "Made in USA" may mean that the ingredients are combined and put into capsules in the USA or it could mean it was packaged and sold in the USA ,,, or both. I would contact the Company that sells it and ask where they get their supply of Jiaogulan. It would be nice if they put that info on labels.
