Hydraulics101 is not a factory authorized distributor!!!! No factory support after purchase...
This is an old pump, Hydraulics101 the seller of said pump, is not even a dealer of Enerpac. The pump has been sitting around somewhere for 3 years. We received and installed the pump on January 8th,2025. We then used it until March 14th. Enerpac said the pump has a 1 year warantee and gave a dealer/repair shop near us. Well, guess what? Enerpac will not cover the pump because of its age and the fact that Hydraulics101 is not one of their dealers. The part that is bad in the pump head is not replaceable and requires a new pump. To which the local shop tried to persuade Enerpac to help us. So we are not out $547.37 for a pump used less than 2 months and no factory support to help...
