Scanpan Classic 10.25 Inch Fry Pan

I bought this pan at my wife's request, and she loves it! It cooks evenly, and it's very easy to clean. It can scratch easily, but my wife simply puts a paper towel on the pan when she stacks other pots in the cabinet, which seems to help protect the cooking surface.

I absolutely love these pans. We eat a whole foods, plant based diet, but enjoy being able to fry a few things. We try to stay away from excess oil. These pans will brown and crisp things like hash browns, without using oil in the pan. They work great for meatless patties, and everything I have tried. I bought a very small one to try 1st. I loved it, so I bought a bigger one. Now I bought this one for my motorhome. Definitely worth the price. Easy to clean, and nothing sticks to them. I use lower heat with these pans.

I have used Scanpan exclusively for over 35 years. So long that I was initially shocked that the finish had changed, and I guess the technology as well, since my last purchase. This pan works great.

We had several of these that were approaching 20 years old. Still completely functional.But we just replaced several with new ones and oh my! Had forgotten how truly amazing is the non stick surface....Simply amazing pans... 20 years is longer than we should have gone....

Scanpan skillet is our go-to pan for everyday cooking (see features above). Additionally, it does not warp, which is important as we have a glass-top range. The pan arrived slightly damaged, however. It may have been dropped, as the top edge was misshapen (slightly dented in two spots), but the lid we use fits. The shipment came double boxed (inner one from vendor, outer one from Amazon) with no indication of a problem, but the plastic bag around the pan itself did have some damage to it.

Just what I was looking for to do stir fries

These pans are wonderful, but the first one I received from this vendor had a huge dent in the side of the pan. I informed them of this, and they shipped a second one. The 2nd pan was also dented, and had extra packaging (clearly in response to the problem with the first pan). The vendor claimed the items come packaged and they don't open them, but both pans arrived in a clear plastic bag only which had been placed in a UPS box.
