Commercial Bakeware Pecan Roll Muffin Pan, 20-Cup

Expensive but a good product

They are exactly what I have been looking for. Everyone should have one. They are sturdy, very easy to clean and the muffins are big and beautiful.

It's a well made pan. It's made of far above average materials. Its design is fantastic. It's built like a battle cruiser and will last multiple lifetimes. And we would have kept it were it not about 1.5 times bigger than all our other pans. This thing is massive. It's a shame because the quality is fantastic. If you have a commercial oven you cannot go wrong with this pan, but in our 4-burner Viking stove it's too big. But then I found a Carlisle 601830 Steeluminum model on eBay. It's quality is like this one, but its size is "normal" so now we're in muffin pan heaven :-)

I started baking muffins for a local restaurant. Ordered my first pan and fell in love with it. Bakes evenly and easy cleanup. I just purchased a second pan so now I can bake two batches at once. Muffin tops turn out perfectly. They do seem a little pricey but well worth the investment if you’re baking in quantity.

I FINALLY got muffins with a real crown and looking like mushrooms ! This Bakeware is a must have if you want to get muffins as you see in shops (or on TV ^^).Just be careful with the dimensions, as it's much bigger (and heavier but that's not a problem) than an usual muffin pan... measure your oven and then order the model that can go into it ! ;-)Ah and... with a recipe made for 12 "normal" muffins (yeah, you know, those that are flat, not that appetizing), you get 6 to 7 of these gorgeous large crown ones. The harder part is to find the right amount of batter to put in each form (on the picture you can see that it's not far from being good).

Every single thing about these is wonderful. Ease of cleaning, quality, all are great! The only thing I was disappointed with was when trying to sanitize them, the metal reacts with our bleach sanitizer corroding the metal.

I’ve had 2 pans that hold 6 since college. They have to overlap the rims in my oven so I wanted just one pan. This fits, is nonstick, is solid and easy to handle.

Oh my!!! This is a heavy duty pan!!! I’m in love! As a baker I look for a lot in my equipment, and this checked every box on the list. I don’t think I could bend or dent this thing if I tried, and it’s super easy to clean, it bakes evenly. I included the photos of when I had just opened the box because i bought it used from here I was expecting to see some wear on it ..... there was none!! It looked brand new!!
