How is the size of the pill? Is too big or small? I'm asking because I've difficult to swallow some pills in general.

I also agree with you Carl that it may be difficult to swallow certain pills.  I myself cannot swallow large pills, my gag reflexes will kick in.  Believe me, Life Extension Super K with Advanced K2 complex is a small soft gel pill that is easy to swallow.   The pill does not get stuck in my throat and neither do I gag as I am swallowing pill.The pill glides down my throat.  I'm am telling you Carl, this is one of my better purchases. I've been reading about recommended daily dosages for Vitamin K and this product seems to exceed the recommended dosage by quite a bit. Is it safe?

Most researchers and doctors who have studied K2 now recommend 180mcg per day. It is safe if you are over a little bit as toxicity is low. They also recommend taking D2, calcium and magnesium at the same, time as all of these work together with K2.
