SRAM X5 9Sp Long Cage, Black

Ok item, Fast Delivery , Running this with my 9 speed x1 drivetrain ,but the B screw wore away after a few turns had to replace with one from my old Derailure ,Thats why i give it 3 stars, as its a pain,

Lovely piece of kit

Claims to be 9 speed but after hours of adjusting will only change 7 so wasted money as it doesn’t do the job it claims

Je ne mets que 2 étoiles du fait qu'aucune notice n'es fourni pour une personne qui ne connais rien au montage et surtout aux réglages d'un dérailleur c'est un handicap bien sûr il a des vidéos sur le net mais pas forcément pour ce dérailleur et quand bien même ils doivent tous de même fournir une notice et aussi pour l'emballage le dérailleur n'es même pas protégé par un film plastique il est tout simplement posé dans une boîte carton très fin et ouvert sur la face avant pour la présentation du dérailleur donc le dérailleur ce trouve à l'air libre et il n'a même pas été protégé par Amazon contre les coup surtout quand on sait comment ils sont balancé dans les camions des livreurs sinon a voir dans le temps si il fonctionne bien ou pas.

Everything else about it is nice except this horrible B-Screw Tab. The engineer that designed this was an idiot. This is the second X5 rear derailleur that has broke in the same place. My first one came with my bike and when I found it broken at the trailhead I thought I just had a faulty part. So I purchased the same derailleur, knowing that it would work with my bike, and two rides in it is broken again. TWO RIDES! Mind you, I do hit a lot of jumps and put my back tire through hell, but this is ridiculous. I would give it Zero stars if I could. NOT HAPPY SRAM! Not happy at all.
