Q: How do i get it to fluff up ? it's very flat !

I don’t recall having any trouble getting it to expand after taking it out of the packaging.

Q: Is it too long for a full size mattress? The 21"×54"

It fits my twin sized bed with about a foot and a half empty space at the end of my bed. I’m sure it would fit your twin size perfectly!

Q: Is there a zipper on the comforter?

I'm afraid to say their is no zipper in the comforter, however it has a handle like at the bottom, which is very indifferent from any other that I've purchased. Yet very light, bit so heavy on the body. Thank you for your trust in me.
