You Can SWALLOW these!
I had to quit taking Fish Oil supplements because they're always so big and uncomfortable to swallow. Finally, my practitioner gave me some that, the first one got stuck in my throat!! YIKES!!! I have 2 of these fish oil gels right before I sleep everyday! It is a soft gel texture so it is easy to swallow, especially with water. There is also a lemon taste to it, so after you eat it there is no smell of fish oil in your mouth after.
