The size is just right—lightweight and easy for him to handle on his own, but still big enough for games, reading, and other apps. Very pleased with this refurbished tab s8. Nice picture, perfect size and comes with s pen.Nice price on an older model. Just install updates and tweak performance via developer mode.Transferring everything over from s24 ultra was super easy (I opted for wireless transfer).Sounds great and not too heavy.

I was looking for a budget tablet that I could travel with instead of my laptop. I was a little worried about this one, because the tech is over 3 years old now. But I am firmly ensconced in the Samsung ecosystem and decided to give it a try. It is still so fast, and works seamlessly. I've noticed no latency with the included S Pen, and have been drawing and taking handwritten notes with this thing for over a week now. I purchased this as an excellent condition refurb and it appears brand new. The only weakness is the screen quality when the blue light filter is on. It's pretty awful, so I don't use the blue light filter at all. But other than that it is fantastic. Any other drawbacks are not the fault of the tablet but rather developers' reluctance to optimize apps for Android tablets. That is one area where Apple has a leg up.

Tablet works just fine, it came in a nondescript box. However, the S pen it came with doesn't work. Can't tell if it's 3rd party or something so buyer beware.

Better condition than expected, only signs of use were on the stylus. Tablet itself has zero cosmetic issues and runs great so far.

The product that was purchased was sold as Used-Refurbished. There are some slight signs of prior use. Some light scratches on the screen that are barely visible, and vanish completely while the display is on. There are no dings, bends, or scratches on the frame. Product came with the Super Fast Charger and usb-c to usb-c cable.Overall a good product, even after 3 years since its original release (As of 7/2025). It can currently compete with the specs of newer Galaxy Tablets at a lower price. In my experience it has been lasting between1-4 days between charges depending on use.Some things to note regarding the product itself:- Tablet is very thin and feels fragile. It is slightly heavier than it looks, but feels much more secure to hold with a case and strap (It is supposedly compatable with cases made for the original S7 Tab).-The S-Pen is used in proximity to the display, so a screen protector may affect its accuracy. S-Pen allows you to rest your hand on the display while writing.- Some of the software that use the S-Pen are subscription based, some of which can be used indefinitely with restrictions.

Awesome tablet quality even for refurbished. Good battery life, fast performance and fast charging. Worth the money on a discount. Screen size is pretty comfortable and it's perfect for watching videos, playing games and online school work.

I bought this, and it came in good condition, however when plugged in to the correct charger it wouldn't charge up and you could feel that the battery was puffy inside, so much so it was putting pressure on the screen. So maybe it died from not being used for so long but be careful when buying "refurbed" stuff I keep getting things that are supposed to be in “excellent” condition in "ok" condition with dents and scratches and sometimes like this tablet flat out not working and seemingly dangerous because of the battery issue.
