I use this when I am away from home to minimize my running to the bathroom. Helps supplement my Prescriptions for overactive bladder from enlarged prostate. I waited too long to fix the problem so my bladder became too active trying to fix the problem. It helps calm urgency and frequency. It's more helpful to me if save this for when I need it most. BTW I'm a truck driver so this was most helpful
