ULANZI F38 Quick Release Plate Base With 1/4" 3/8" Screw Thread, FALCAM F38 Quick Release System QR Camera Tripod Adapter (Only Base, Top Plate NOT Included)

This is my new favorite quick release plate for my camera system. The f38 quick release plate is very versatile. Recently, I have been using it in addition to my Manfrotto 501PL plates. Now I can swap through different tripods, monopods and gimbals very quickly the F 38 plate has a locking mechanism on the front which secure the camera without the plate falling off they do sell additional plates which fits many types of cameras equipment, such as they Rodin DJIRS3. The quality seems very good and it looks like it’s been machine out of high-quality aluminum parts. The hardware looks very solid and has a nice black coating on top. I would highly recommend to give it a try as it really speed up my workflow moving from cameras to tripod to gimbal.

We have adopted the F38 system by Ulanzi/Falcam and are never looking back. Excellent products. Excellent prices. The carbon fiber travel tripod may be next on our list.

I have several of these quick releases on my YouTube camera rig setup. They make it easy to set the rig up and break it down for travel. Although they are a little expensive, they're very high quality and I've purchased several. They are worth it.

This clip is fantastic. It does NOT use the same plate as peak design, even though it looks identical. It is about 1mm smaller. There is, however, a plate that is “2 sided” available, which makes it compatible. Peak design 1 way, and f38 the other. Despite this incompatibility, I love it. Minimalistic and secure. Light. Simple.

I use this for my bigger cameras and it works great. Since I am a F22 fan for my action cameras, the F22 to F38 adaptors allow you to use the different bases and meet you needs.

This device saves me at least 10 min on every shoot! Well worth it

Works great! Purchased this as a second mount for a tripod. I already use one with my camera strap and can easily switch from the strap to tripod.

The base plate fitted to monopod mount without issue. Havnt used it yet but will make mounting lens to monopod a breeze

Good product, BUT unfortunately is not compatible with PeakDesign plate.

Love em. Version 2 works just as nice as Version 3. Grab a bunch, put them where you need. You will be glad you did.

The product quality is good and the price less expensive.
