Do not buy, this product doesn’t work is a pice of garbage.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.I installed it in my 2007 Ford Sport Trac and did not work.Now I have to buy from the dealer so I don’t have to go through this same problem

Have a 02 explorer that everyone said needed a new transmission, after a few google searches a lot of forums say it’s just the pack that’s most likely bad. Dropped the pan replaced pack and filter since I was in there and replaced drain/ filler plug since it was not looking so good and only $5 to replace it. Topped off trans fluid (5 quarts) and has been running and shifting like a new car again and has been for a few weeks now. About $120 total in parts and a few hours of fairly easy labor saved me thousands for a trans replacement

Wrong solenoid pack.
Wrong pack. It’s for 5r55n 1999-2003 transmissions. I needed one for a 2006 ford mustang gt with the 5r55s auto transmission which is oem ford part # XW4P 7G391 AA. This one’s oem part number was heat scraped to be hidden. Once cleaned up the # was, XW4P 7G391 AF. It threw codes for solenoids and incorrect gear ratios, and car was shift flaring and torque converter was not locking up in overdrive and had no overdrive as be flashing od off light on cluster. For past 2 months been chasing ghosts and now that I have figured it out it seems I can’t return it for my money or right parts because it’s only a 30 day return window... I don’t need my money back, but I Need the correct pack please! Thank you!

Worked Perfect for two weeks
Ordered this for my 2008 Ford Sport Trac. Works perfect. Truck is back on the road at a fraction of the price of O'REILLY'S. They wanted 700.00Update...The part failed two weeks after install.Total waste of money and labor time.
