Great product. Mixes well, minimal after taste (just depends on ratio of water to drops mixed), and comes with a convenient little dropper to take on the go. Maybe it’s a placebo effect, but I definitely feel a difference when I add this to my water - my skin feels and looks better and as someone with orthostatic hypotension, I have less instances of lightheadedness when standing up.

I have been using LYTEshow for 5 years. I had been having major leg cramps after long hikes and back packing trips. LYTEshow was recommended to me by friends. I immediately bought some when I got home. Next hike, when I returned home, I used it and I did not have the leg cramps I had been having. So I have continued to use it. I don't have to worry. I keep the "small flask" with me in all back packs and all my vehicles (I have several small flasks). Also, my husband had been having restless leg/leg cramps every evening when he went to bed. He tried several things recommended by friends to stop the pain. Finally I realized his leg cramps might be the same as I was having. I made him a small cup of water with the recommended dosage of LYTEshow. He hated the taste! (It is a little bitter, but 2 seconds of the taste is not a big deal.) But within 5 minutes his leg cramps were gone and he could go to sleep. That was about 6 months ago. He continues to take it, bearing the taste, as soon as his cramps start. I have tried to talk him into taking it sooner, but he hopes that he won't have the cramps and won't need it. I highly recommend LYTEshow. It may not be what you need, but for me and my husband, it is exactly what we needed.

Living outside of Phoenix AZ in the summer can be brutal to say the least. Temperatures reach well over 100 daily during the summer.
