My grandson loves his shark!

I’ll be honest, I didn’t expect much. But after opening the shark up…it’s pretty good build quality! Then we charged one of the batteries up and tried it out in the tub and I was very impressed! The movement of the tail is what makes it look so realistic. The battery life is surprisingly really good! We have since taken it to a friends pool and we had a blast swimming it around the pool. Everyone said if they saw it at a lake or something they would probably think it’s a real animal. The little sprinkler is a cool feature and the automatic swimming button is cool too. The battery compartment is a little bit of a pain to open because you have to undo and tighten 3 philips head screws every time but it makes the compartment waterproof, and the screw driver is included. We’ve had it for about 2 weeks so far and overall I’m very impressed! Super fun!

My kids are young (2 and 4). They were really excited to play with this in the pool. I realize we should not have let the kids use the controller, but they were too excited to say no to. I tried to watch them like a hawk, but they still managed to get the controller a little wet. The controls got patchy and eventually just stopped working all together within the hour. The shark still lights up and wants to swim but we have no way to control him now, so that’s a bummer. I wish there was some sort of cover or something to help keep the controls safer. Otherwise, really neat toy for all ages.

We purchased two remote-controlled sharks for a "Jawsome" party with the intention of racing them against each other in the swimming pool. We had tested them in a large tub, and they seemed to work fine. The next day, when we got them out to race in the swimming pool, this one would only turn right, and one of the remote-control buttons stuck. The other one wouldn't work at all. I was so excited about these, but this was a complete waste of my money. I don't think I've ever given a product this rating.

This was a fun toy! We used it on our trip in the pool a handful of times, but ours had a glitch. While both off buttons were selected, the toy would randomly start one fan up while not in use on the shark and it was confusing on how to get it to stop. This glitch happened several times.

I got this for my great grandson he's is into sharks if they had a dinosaur 🦕 one he would get that also. He play with in the tub. It cold here so he ask if he could take it to the lake .

I so wanted this to be fun and it is! The battery is rechargeable too. We all have fun chasing each other around the pool with it. Super safe for kids, battery lasts long enough and the controls make sense once you play with it a bit. All ages will enjoy this one. We name ours 'Charger'.
