Q: I don't have a microwave. Is there a stovetop heating option?

I have always made mine this way, and it comes out perfect every time. Put some water in a sauce pan on high and bring it just to a boil. While the water is heating up, empty the soup contents into the plastic bowl. Take the water off as soon as it starts to boil, and pour water into the soup bowl up to the molded in fill line. Give everything a quick swish with spoon and sit the lid on top loosely for a few minutes letting the soup ingredients to combine and cool.

Q: How much sodium in each package?

520 mg. I have to watch my sodium intake and get this item because it is reasonably low. (I try to stick to about 500 mg per meal.)

Q: Says on my label That it has 6g of fiber, I doubt it but could that be true? Thank you

The label says 1 gram of fiber so you are right for doubting.
