Cuisinart C77SSR-12P Color Pro Collection 12 Piece Knife Block Set, Red

I'm not a knife snob but I wasn't expecting much at this price. My girlfriend never has a knife when I cook there & always says she doesn't need a knife. So, I didn't want to spend much.We were both pleasently supprised at how great these are. They are also more attrictive then I expected. If you like a heavy knife these are not it. But, if you just want a sharp knife that holds its edge well at a great price then I recomend these.

I bought these as a birthday gift for my mom as she has been dying for a better set of knives.I still live with her currently, so we both use this set. There were no missing utensils, it has a variety of knives, and everything has been quite durable. The only issue would be the paint of the handles if you really care about appearances. I bought the red set and there were blotches and scratches where the paint is kind of pinker/white, it’s only noticeable if you look at them up-close.These knives are also incredibly sharp! My mom tried them after getting them and said it was so must easier to chop/cut things now. Recently I’ve also had the misfortune of dropping one of these knives and it easily cut some skin on my toe (thankfully it’s a small cut and only a slice, not stabbed/pierced).It’s a very good set for the price.

I have only used once and I am already ready to declare them superb. I almost cut my thumb off because I was cutting a strawberry with the small peeling knife. Just touching it to a firm ripe strawberry and it cut all the way through with no pressure, just its weight. Unreal. They look great, I got the blue. The color on the handles is not pure solid, it actually has whiteness in it making it look more like blue marble. They are beautiful and I am very happy and highly recommend.

Please be careful knives are very sharp. I was removing the plastic off one of the knives and ended up with 10 stitches, so please be very careful and cautious when unpacking and removing the plastic. Recommendation to company use cardboard instead of plastic to cover the blades. Other than that they are a great set.

I changed out all my countertop decor to white and so this fit the color scheme. However, after the first wash in the dishwasher with the heat dry setting on my dishwasher, several of them have rust stains that I’m not able to remove. They still work well and still look great, but that would be why I’m giving it four stars.

Knife quality is excellent, they feel great when holding them. They are very sharp and have all the great sizes for different use. Weight good and not too heavy or bulky

They do what they are suppose to do. Great value for your money
