This is a very basic phone, ideal for an elderly person or anyone who wants just a phone without the bells and whistles. The numbers are clear, the buttons are a good size and the whole thing will fit easily in your pocket. I bought it for an older person and he was able to use it without any problems.

An elderly friend was going into a nursing home and it was inconvenient for the staff to answer the Nursing homes phone. Buying this enabled us to contact her directly . The buttons are big and it's a good size to handle and very light weight. Phone is left in docking station to charge,can then be left by her side so she doesn't have to move to answer it. She's very happy with it as are we, she looks forward to a phonecall. Highly recommend.

Why do I have too keep taking the battery out to make the phone work ?

Got this for my mum in the nursing home , she not used it much, battery still good after 3 weeks . Easy to set up and use .very loud sound which is good , only 1 ring tone I think ??? Charger is brilliant. Just drop in. Brilliant for the money .well made and solid

I purchased this phone as all I need is the ability to call or text. This does the job very well , was easy to set up & use. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a basic phone.

I got what I expected: a basic mobile phone designed for less able users. It is for use by somebody who suffers from macular degeneration. As expected, the buttons are large which helps people with poorer sight or digital challenges to use the phone; however, the screen, and specifically the display where contacts can be saved, is disproportionately small. And, on behalf of the user, I still cannot work out how to insert capital letters in the name of contacts.

Good little phone

Appareil simple et pas cher. Et surtout très bonne réactivité du vendeur après un problème avec l'appareil. Très pro.

Ce téléphone est assez efficace et le faite qu'on peut mettre deux cartes Sim et une carte mémoire est un peu plus. L'utilisation de l'interface est intuitive mais il faut quand même s'y habituer, je trouve qu'elle présente quelques petites incohérences. Le seul point négatif c'est que le son n'est pas très bon, il est correct mais sans plus. Il y a aussi une bizarrerie c'est qu'il n'y a qu'une sonnerie. Et bien évidemment, mais c'est pas ça qu'on attend de ce type de téléphone, l'appareil photos est très mauvais.

Aun sintiéndolo mucho tengo que devolverlo, mi suegra con 78 años es incapaz de desbloquearlo ya que tiene que darle a dos teclas y no lo coordina bien, por lo demás el teléfono esta muy bien.

J'ai d'acheté ce modèle pour offrir à une personne âgée, mais le manuel pas très détaillé, quelqu'un pourrait-il m'expliquer comment changer la sonnerie, j'ai vu "alarme" mais pas "sonneries"? cette personne voulait aussi pouvoir prendre des photos, j'ai testé et la qualité d'image est vraiment mauvaise, en plus il n'était expliqué nulle part qu'il faut ajouter une carte mémoire! j'ai fait une photo et directement j'ai eu le message, "mémoire insuffisante" donc je dois encore acheter une carte micro SD! pas trop satisfaite de cet achat, pas facile à utiliser pour une personne âgée.
