It works great & I ended up " cutting the cord" with ...
I bought it on a flash sale & saved 33%. It works great & I ended up " cutting the cord" with this set up. I bought a splicer are tied in 4 tv sets without problem. The only negative was the supplied 75 ft cord. I had problems with it from the get-go. It was stripped on one end so it wouldn't screw in tight. I thought it was the power box at first but it was the cable. a little section of black electrician tape on the threads did the trick, but I lost power to the antenna the next day. I wracked my brains trying to figure out what went wrong & after 2 hours of eliminating all connections it turned out to be the 75 foot cord that came in the box. It had a shear on the side of the cable that created an exposed wire. I guess it grounded or something but I didn't catch it during the initial install. Check all your equipment before installing was the lesson here. I ended up going to the local hardware store & a 50 foot coax cable for the fix. Now it works great again. It was a PITA though as I had to reroute another cord from the roof into the attic crawl space in 95 degree weather. I lost 5 lbs of sweat, no kidding. Oh yea unable to pick up NBC channel for some reason?

Difficult and Incomplete
Difficult to install and Incomplete instructionsI purchased this antenna as a "lightning deal" on my phone. It arrived with NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to assemble it, mount it, or use it. It took us several hours to install, over 3 weekends, due to lack of information and incorrect mounting hardware, and set's of bolts that we could not even figure out where they belonged - or IF they belonged! Now that it's installed, it actually works well as far as picture clarity and general reception. And despite my doubts, the entire attachment does rotate on it's arm as intended. Sometimes that fixes a reception problem or enables a new digital channel! But the remote control for the direction box does not seem to function at all - despite the fact that the batteries are good and the power light comes on - it does not effect the movement of the antena. This may SEEM insignificant, but it's actually important. Since I must step out onto the porch to SEE which direction the antenna is facing, if I had a working remote I could turn it while I look at it. Making the directional-ability actually useful. Without the remote, I must push the button on the receiving control and pretty much random intervals and GUESS which direction the antenna it rotating to.I came on the site today to see if I could request a replacement remote and Amazon doesn't give me the option to contact the seller. So now what?

Really ?
Well where do I begin, first off after climbing a ladder about 30 times I finally got it working . I had had a bad coax cable that I replaced. The motor has a lot of play in it all though I don't know why I ordered it with a motor there is no way to tell which direction it is pointing in plus the remote only works if you are standing with in 2 or three feet of the power box . It is cheaply made. I managed to strip out the threads on the mounting bolts and I don't know how I did that? they were replaced by SAE bolts that did not strip out . The male connectors on the power box did no fit the coax ends very good I had to keep changing female ends of the coax until I was lucky enough to find a couple that fit fairly good. Once all of this was done in two days when I had time and borrowed ladder twice it works good I don't under stand . ( YOU CAN'T MAKE IT ANY BETTER THAN IT WAS WHEN IT WAS NEW AND IT WAS JUNK WHEN IT WAS NEW )

You wont be disappointed in the price or the quality.
I am a cord cutter with a streaming service for most every day TV watching. This HDTV antenna is great for those moments when a game is blacked out or if a local channel is not available through my streaming service. The setup is easy and the picture quality rivals any HDTV picture from the streaming. The best thing about this is the fact that it is a one time cost that will pay dividends for years to come. Think fancy "rabbit ears" for your tv. You wont be disappointed in the price or the quality.

Picks up lots of channels but the supplied remote box is a bit cheap.
This product works fairly well. This was for my father who cancelled his DirectTV after they went up $6. We had an indoor that barely got 10 channels. This one finds 36.It's mounted just about at his peak. His house is sort of down in a hole and surrounding by big oak trees but he's pretty close to the city, within 10 miles of downtown "as the crow flies".The one problem I had with it was pretty annoying. The cable end does not fit snugly on the box. I had to cut it off and crimp another. I think the box is just cheap. The cable kept falling out and preventing a good connection which resulted in only 11 channels. Took me a while to figure out the issue.
