I’ve had this unit since October last year, this morning the bulb died. It’s not in constant use, only a few times a day. Previous cheaper units have lasted longer. I’m not even sure if I can remove the bulb without damaging the unit. No customer service I can find to contact the supplier so can only assume it is a short term inferior product. Very sad when we need to be kinder to our planet.

I bought this product and only used it for 5weeks and broke while trying to close it after I reported it but they didn’t mind me because they know what they are selling is a fake product 😮 I was not happy at all with it 😟
