Sound Quality is not good
The sound quality even in the bass mode isn't good. It's just okay to have. Not Recommended!

Poor Sound Quality (Edited)
This reminds me of a set of earphones from the 1990âs in terms of sound qualityâŠThereâs zero base and the donât go very loud at all.These arenât build for listening to music, but works for calling though.Wireless connection and battery life is good, but thatâs all.Edited:Forgot to mention, the âJLab Soundâ app is useless as it keeps coming up with an error message: âPlease connect the device in Settingsâ, even though itâs already connectedâŠ

Not as described
Received the box of the item, unsealed. Then when opened, none of the replacement eartips were present, the earbuds were placed in the wrong positions, charging case had scratches, indicating that the item most probably is second hand.

Not suitable to take phone calls, the person in the other end canât hear your voice clearly.
