These pillows come in different firmness and size. It’s helpful to watch some of the videos to see what size you should get and what firmness you should get. What I like about these pillows is that you can shape it anyway that’s comfortable for you. I sleep on my back so I’d like to Put a nice round roll of the pillow around my neck

The m/f means that one of the pillows will be medium fill, while the other pillow will be firm.

Q: what is the actual size measurements? The MyPillow website says Q = 18.5x28, but this description says 16.5x26

Really? So is it Amazon relaying wrong information to us or MyPillow relaying wrong info to Amazon or Mypillow deliberately altering the pillow to accompany the lower price? I would love to know the truth..I really like these pillows. I have one of the first...and I have to say I like it much much better than a more recent Mypillow I purchased. The filling isn't as clumpy and holds up better in the original I paid 99.00 for. So what has and is happening to Mypillow?
