Q: How do you take the mask apart to install the valves? The instruction guide doesn't indicate any method or process, using force hasn't worked.

I love the mask. However, I wish I have the option to loosen the fit; it really stays put. But, I have to take into consideration, someone else with a slightly smaller head may be better suited for it. I wear an extra large hat, so perhaps you should be good if your head is smaller than mine. Also, I noticed marks on the outside of my nose where the mask is fitted, but again, such a tight fit is the cause, due to my head. Other than that. I love it.

Ofcourse! It doesnt harm the hair on your face!
