30 Day Sampler Pack Food for Life CAMBRIDGE Diet Plan Weight Loss Shakes

I'm thrilled this product has been around for 30+ years. I'm tired of fad diets here today and recalled tomorrow. I needed a diet plan that was (1)safe and healthly so I don't have to worry about future harmful effects on my body; (2)convenient--no special cooking or grocery shopping other than what my family eats; (3)relatively inexpensive--can't afford gym fees or monthly fees, and (4) diversified enough to allow me to stay on this diet long-term. It turns out my favorite flavors in this beginner pack are the Chicken soup (surprisingly tasty!)and Super Oats (tastes like oatmeal). I started my diet the day after my 30-day sampler pack arrived and I've tried all the flavors. In the morning I have black coffee with two scoops of vanilla, then for lunch my super oats and for dinner my chicken soup. I can vary my lunch if I want to (with strawberry or chocolate shakes) but I tend to like my Super Oats for breakfast/lunch and soup for dinner. I intend to do the fast start program for 2 weeks (no extra food but the shakes) then move to the regular program so I can add a meal or two with a total of 400 calories per day. I plan to do this until I lose 100+ lbs of weight. I'm just relieved I can finally have a diet I can follow with my busy schedule and tight budget.

I have one week using Cambridge , and I love it. But unfortunately I receive three cans damage and lose most part of the product. I think a better packaging can prevent the cans to open. I didnt receive the two complementary bars. I hope I can buy another sample to complete my 30 days.
