Too good to be true!
I love the taste and the consistency of this shake/pudding. It fills me up for lunch or a nice dessert after dinner. Highly recommend!

Not Pudding!
Not even close to pudding! The texture is similar to a thick sludge like paste, the paste has a very sweet flavor profile that masks some of the chocolate flavor so it is weak. I prefer other brands like Proti-Diet which actually designed to be a pudding and need to set to form a creamy gel like regular pudding and is not overly sweet!

Good tasting
I have used this product many years, what I especially, besides tasting good, you can make a shake or you can use a packet to make a pudding.

Nasty bitter taste
Be careful. I mistook this for Profeel pudding which is delicious THIS is nasty
