Great for resistance band work
Works great with regular resistance bands and dont need the vertimax!

I really like this product for training purposes only I’m able to attach many type of resistance cables to perform my strength and conditioning

Huge disappointment
Like the idea. This is made for small framed people. I'm going to have to have it altered by a seamstress for it to work on my chest. Don't be muscular to wear this.
